Madlen is the E-shop customer service satisfaction and happiness agent. She answers customers’ email enquiries, finds solutions and liaises with our logistic partner in France. Her role is to help online customers with any question or concern about their purchase, the products or the brand. She also helps with the social media engagement on Instagram and Facebook and deals with the web care of the E-shop.
Madlen is a German national who has lived in Spain, France and Belgium the past 12 years with over 10 years experience in office management, PR and Communications in international organisations. She is now based in Ibiza and loves travelling, music, art and design. She is on a mission to get the power of mental and emotional freedom into the hands of good hearted women who are here to create a new world free from suffering and pain. I am realistic, I expect miracles. ;)
